The ICS Support Service Group is responsible for providing and managing a broad range of support services designed to help our customers manage, maintain and expand their systems. When a new system is fully installed, the project moves from the Systems Group to the Support Services Group and assumes responsibility for system warranty service, providing technical support for the customer and any other support services required for the project. The Support Service Group provides our customers the on-going support necessary to ensure the long-term success and energy-efficient operation of their system while protecting the clients investment.
